BARLEY

Terms

The basics of using Barley.

Effective September 24, 2026.

Accounts and plans

Creating a Barley account means you're setting up the product for your restaurant. The plan you choose determines the locations, employees, areas, and recipes available to your account -- see Pricing for current details.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. A new self-serve plan starts with any free trial shown on the Pricing page, and billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from the owner dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period: your restaurant keeps access until then and won't be charged again.

Refunds, credits, and taxes

Payments are non-refundable. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, including when you cancel partway through a period.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay. You're responsible for the taxes that apply to your purchase.

Data and responsible use

Barley is for authorized restaurant operators and their staff. Your restaurant's data belongs to you; we use it to provide and support the service, and we don't sell it. You're responsible for your account and how your staff use it, including keeping PINs and passwords private. We work to keep Barley available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. See Privacy for the current privacy notice.
