What stops someone clocking in for a friend?
Each clock in needs the code on the restaurant's station, which keeps changing, plus a live photo of the person clocking in. Managers see the photo when they review the timesheet.
Does Barley run payroll?
No. Barley exports approved timesheets as a CSV in the restaurant's time zone, ready for your payroll provider or accountant.
What happens to clock-in photos?
They're only used to confirm who clocked in. Every photo in the approved period is permanently deleted when a manager approves those timesheets.
